1 week to 1 month containers in nature –
with deep practices & real community.
Since 2022 ·
All our experiences are held by four pillars: real nature, deep stillness & movement practices, phone-free moments, and a curated community...
2 Feb – 1 Mar 2027 • Costa Rica
Near Nosara, at the jungles & beaches of Costa Rica. Enter a journey through calisthenics, yoga asanas and mobility … with a renowned teacher. While having modern facilities to live, cowork and eat well. With 22 other driven, open & warm people.
“Before the retreat I felt drained for years on end. Now I'm full of energy. I feel clear and grounded in my decisions. Creativity seems freely available. Everything feels a bit more right.”
“Love what has been created by Harry and the team, and perfect timing as more of us realise the importance of living in community. Grateful for all the experiences I have had on these adventures.”
“I have now personally done two Innate co-lives, one in Sri Lanka and one in Portugal, and both have been transformational. The opportunity to connect with people from all walks of life and make life-long friendships.”
“Innate has changed my life in ways I never expected. The community showed me what it feels like to be truly seen, supported, and welcomed exactly as I am. These colives didn't just give me memories; they gave me a new way of living.”
“Innate was a beautiful and grounding experience. What made it truly special was the freedom to just be yourself. When I left, I felt nourished, connected, and grateful — like being part of a global family.”
Innate is for those on the middle path – deep practices, real life, and a community that actually shows up. Over four years of holding space, we've learned what transforms lives:
Not manicured resort-land. The kind that resets your nervous system and puts you back in rhythm.
Enough silence and presence to meet yourself … and actually meet each other.
Led by teachers with decades of practice, so it's grounded, embodied, and real.
Warmth, honesty, initiative … people who show up and make the container what it is.
Residencies, silent retreats and yearly gatherings...
