As within so without
Where people live together, a mythos always forms: shared stories, values, behaviours, and ways of seeing the world.
Either we shape it intentionally, or it forms by accident. This is our attempt to shape one worth living by.

Key Beliefs
Awareness is our true wealth.
What we focus on, and the stories we tell ourselves, shape our reality. In a world built to hijack and fragment attention, we have to protect it and orient it towards wholeness. A good life is not only about what we achieve, but the state of mind we meet it all from.
Fulfilment is not about you.
At the root of modern life is an over-bias towards self-obsession – social media, wellness culture, endless optimisation, the constant chase for more. I, me, mine. Yet ... fulfilment is found in the opposite: sharing, service, trust and living for something bigger than ourselves.
Lightness of being matters.
Don't take it too seriously all the time. Play, dance, flow. Remember that this too is a game. A path with no lightness in it becomes rigid, performative, and dry.
Meet reality as it is.
We are in the midst of rampant capitalism, so let's meet the challenge. Build, earn, create, and embrace the technological advances that can upgrade our lives so powerfully. We do not escape the world… we cultivate the right relationship to it.
We are what surrounds us.
The land, the food, the people, the spaces, the rhythms. None of these are neutral. We become like what we live amongst. To regenerate our relationships, our ecosystems, and our way of life… is also to regenerate ourselves.
Stillness is the gateway to knowing.

In Practice
Right Relation to Technology
There must be phone-free times and areas on the land – to protect our awareness & allow contact with what is real.
A daily practice holds the rhythm
Rooted in non-dual paths that have endured for generations – involving movement, breath, and stillness – to orient towards wholeness.
Triangle governance
The Campus should be shaped through the relationship between three pillars: the founding team, our community, and the land itself.
Regenerative independence
Greater independence in energy, water, and food will be key to creating a healthier way of life.

Values
Honesty
Own your choices. Admit where you may be wrong. Stay open to feedback. Without honesty, nothing real can be built.
Kindness
Support, trust, forgive, hug, stay human. These are the things that money cannot capture… yet they are part of what makes being alive worth it.
Action
Beliefs and values mean nothing without bold choices. A good life is built through what we are willing to do, carry, and take responsibility for. Our actions define our reality.
