Residents beside a pool surrounded by countryside

Bring Innate
to your place.

We fill houses near nature with 12 to 25 middle-path people who live, work and practice together for months at a time. Now we're looking for places to do it for longer, and for the right people to hold it.

19 residencies · 900+ lived together · 60%+ come back · 4.9★ from 100+ reviews

Two ways in

You have a place.
Or you want to run one.

A nature-side venue with a pool and space for daily practice

You own or run a venue.

A house, a farm, a small hotel, a retreat centre with quiet months. You want long-stay occupancy from people who look after the place, and one agreement instead of a hundred bookings.

Residents sharing a table on a terrace overlooking nature

You want to bring Innate to your part of the world.

You've lived with us, or you know what we do, and you'd like to host it where you are. You'd find the place and run the house. We'd bring the name, the people and the practice.

The place

Near nature. Near a town.
Room to live.

Four things, in order. The reasoning matters as much as the list.

  1. 01

    10+ bedrooms, ideally 12+.

Private and shared both count. Fewer can work when the shared spaces are excellent and there are rooms to rent nearby.

  2. 02

A space to work, and a space to practise.

A cowork with internet that works all day. A shala, a covered deck or a big room with a wooden floor for the daily movement and stillness practice, and for whatever the house dreams up.

  3. 03

    Kitchens, ideally more than one.

People cook. It's half of how a house becomes a home.

  4. 04

Nature within walking distance, and an international town within reach.

Ten minutes to the beach is fine. Nature settles the nervous system and brings people into a deeper way of life without anyone trying. A town takes the pressure off, lets people stay longer, and keeps the place alive.

Not a tourist hub. Not the middle of nowhere.

A covered shared space opening onto green hills
The practice space. Used every morning.
A comfortable casita bedroom opening onto the jungle
The rooms. Less hotel, more home.

The Innate part

The people.
And the practice.

Residents sharing a practice session on the grass beneath the trees
  • A community that already follows us. Nineteen residencies, every one sold out. Six in ten come back.

  • Every resident screened. An application, a call, and a filter we've sharpened over four years. We say no to a lot of people.

  • A daily practice that gives the house its rhythm. Movement and stillness every morning, held by a serious teacher. Phones off. Shared meals.

  • One agreement, one point of contact, a host on site. Long stays, not turnover. Houses come back to us better than we found them.

How it goes

A conversation first.
Then a visit.

  1. 01

Tell us about your place, or about you. We reply within a week.

  2. 02

If it fits, a call. Then a visit, if it's close enough.

  3. 03

Then we shape something together: a season, leading to a longer-term partnership.
