We're creating a place where people can live in community, in tune with nature, practicing deeply. With residences where people can live permanently or seasonally.
The main campus will have communal spaces, yin and yang areas, daily programming, kids' areas and more. These communal spaces form the heartbeat, shared by everyone living there. For people staying a few months or living permanently – a home for those on the middle path.

We are ready to transact. The community round is closed, private investors sit are warm, and senior debt relationships are in conversation. What we need is the right opportunity – and we're open on the route.
Three shapes interest us (quick-paced, not a filter)

The one constant: within ~30 minutes of an international town. The members live in the town; the catchment is key revenue.
Indicatively €2–5M for a property we buy outright; larger projects together with partners can be higher. Purchase, lease-with-option, or joint venture.

On-market, off-market, or a whisper. We buy, we structure lease-with-option, or we bring the right property into a joint venture. We reply within five business days to qualifying introductions – and we pay success fees on introductions that close.
Build with us?
For developers and partners: the campus stands on its own as a business – see the economics. Phase two is 50–100 residences, on the land or nearby, pre-sold to a living community that has already asked where to buy. That's a development partnership: land, capital or delivery – we bring the demand, the brand and the operator.
